hectares of vineyards<\/strong>, situated at around 250 meters above sea level, planted with <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Fiano, Alicante, Sangiovese<\/strong>, and international varieties such as <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Grenache, Syrah, Merlot<\/strong>, and <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Cabernet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"412\">Certified organic since 2003\u2014when the first vines were planted by the previous owner\u2014the winery has embraced a natural rhythm from the beginning.<br \/>Since 2021, with the construction of the new cellar, <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Il Quinto<\/strong> welcomes visitors for guided tastings and immersive wine experiences, surrounded by nature, with panoramic views of <strong
